Warranty Coverage
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Should your Buffalo Nation product fail due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, we commit to the following:
- Repair: We will repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
- Replace: If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a product of equal or better functionality and value.
- Assist: Our dedicated team will work with you to address any issues, ensuring your complete satisfaction with our craftsmanship.
Warranty Period
The warranty period commences on the date of purchase and lasts for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the product.
Exclusions
The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Making a Claim
